On the 30th<\/sup> of May in the Concert Hall of Azerbaijan National Conservatory held the teacher of ANC, PhD Fakhraddin Salim\u2019s and his students concert under name \u201cAzerbaijan Sufi Music\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Artist with a public degree Siyavush Karimi, Rector of Azerbaijan State Culture and Art University Farakh Aliyeva, Public Poet Sabir Rustamkhanly, A Head of Press and Education Center \u201cKaspi\u201d Sona Valiyeva, PhD and teaching staff , students of ANC and guests participated in the concert.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A concert opened with Fakhraddin Salim\u2019s speech and he talked about essence and history of Sufi music. He announced that, music never was traditional and if it\u2019s traditional, it\u2019s not music. It\u2019s as new as sun and moon which are not bothering us every day, each hour.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

An event was followed by a concert.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the concert Fakhraddin Salim played the music written to ghazals of well known poets of Azerbaijan (I.Nasimi, Sh.I.Khatai, M.Fizuli, A.Vahid). Sufi music performed by Student\u2019s ensemble of ANC and Fakhraddin Salim in Saz, was very interesting for everybody.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Rector of ANC Siyavush Karimi noticed in his speech that, first of all, Fakhraddin Salim is a great scientist and has been achieved important researches. It seems that his creative initiative aroused great interest of the students. For this reason, I congratulate him and I hope such concerts will be continuing.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then Public Poet Sabir Rustamkhanli, Sona Valiyeva, Phd. Khaliyaddin Khalil and Vice Rector of Scientific Affairs in ANC Lala Huseynova invited to the scene and talked about Fakhraddin Salim\u2019s activities and concert.<\/p>\n

An event ended with Fakhraddin Salim\u2019s thanking to the guests for participation in the concert.<\/p>\n

We would like to notice that, its second big event of Fakhraddin Salim in ANC.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
