The event, opened at the ANAS Central Scientific Library was jointly organized by ANAS, Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art and Azerbaijan National Conservatory. The conference was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the First Turkish Congress. After plenary session, the conference continued on 4 sections.
