Foreign students entering to the territory of Azerbaijan should be registered on the place of the residence. For this aim, the student himself and the management of the accommodation (an apartment, a hotel) should submit the following documents at www.migration.gov.az or to email@example.com
– Copy of the passport of the student
– Filled application form

Migration information system registers the applicant over the place of his residence and he is informed about it within a bank day.
The registration of the foreigners and the persons without citizenship is valid for the following periods:
– for a person coming with a visa – a stay period for the person indicated in the visa;
– for a person coming without a visa – 90 days
No state fee is required for registration of foreigners and the persons without citizenship for their temporary stay.
If the student changes his (her) place of residence, he (she) should be registered over the new accommodation in the above shown way.
